HPC code optimisation workshop @ LRZ

In 2019, EuroMPI will take place at ETH Zurich on 11 - 13 September 2019. The university for science and technology dates back to the year 1855 and has hosted many graduates and researchers who have made a global impact with their groundbreaking work. 

CECAM Summer School on Classical Molecular Dynamics for Material Science, Nanotechnology and Biophysics @ SISSA

On June 10 - June 21 2019, Sissa-Trieste | Italy, the School is primarily intended for undergraduate students in Physics or Chemistry who wish to become familiar with up-to-date Molecular Dynamics simulation techniques.

NanoInnovation 2019

One of the most relevant event ever in nanotechnologies is NanoInnovation. Following the success of the previous three editions, this year’s international conference will take place on 11-14 June 2019 at the Department of Civil and Industrial Engineering, “Sapienza” University in Rome, Italy. The event aims to promote the exchange of knowledge and expertise between several fields of application.

The general focus of the Conference, organized by the MaX European Centre of Excellence on Materials Design at the eXascale, is on scientific advances in computational materials research, as well as future developments in the exascale perspective

MaX developers and researchers meeting @CINECA

MaX people are always in action: today a group of researchers (Yambo developers, Cineca HPC experts, Cnr scientists) met to discuss and brain storm about the benchmarking, the improvements and the co-design of Yambo toward future exascale architectures.
